“Hittin’ on All Six” – The Great Jazz Guitarists
Come to Anacortes Public Library at 7 pm on Tuesday April 4 for a free talk, illustrated with recordings from the library’s Manieri jazz CD collection, given by Steve Dolmatz. The program will follow the development of jazz guitar style and technique from the 20’s up to today, highlighting the ten most important contributors. This is the second in a series devoted to jazz history from the perspective of individual instrumentalists. Steve is a member of the APL Jazz Committee and plays guitar.
